How to make

  1. In two bowls, separate the whites from the yolks.
  2. Whisk the whites until they start foaming, then add the cream of tartar.
  3. Continue whisking until you have reached stiff peaks.
  4. Fold in the egg yolks slowly and gently until well incorporated.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto a lined baking tray.
  6. Bake at 150°C for 20 minutes.
  7. Top with yoghurt and blueberries and enjoy!
