Overnight Oats Recipe

A delicious morning starts the night before! Overnight oats are a healthy, easy, and customisable breakfast perfect for busy days. Our take on the popular brekkie uses Quaker Oat So Simple Golden Syrup sachets — so you don’t even have to add sweetener! It's also a beginner-friendly recipe, so grab a jar or storage container with a lid and get cracking.

What you'll need

  • 1 tbsp thick Greek yoghurt
  • 1 Quaker Oat So Simple Golden Syrup sachet
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 100ml Rude Health Organic Almond Drink

How to make

  1. Place all ingredients into a glass jar.
  2. Mix until it’s well incorporated.
  3. Leave it to set overnight, 8 hours minimum.
  4. Top with some crunchy granola and fruit of your choice.
