Two Ingredient Yoghurt Flatbreads

The perfect solution for that forgotten pot of yoghurt nearing its use-by date, this foolproof, two ingredient (and a pinch of salt) recipe makes the softest, fluffiest flatbreads that are perfect for using as wraps, mini pizza bases or accompaniments to your favourite curry.

What you'll need

  • A pinch salt
  • 280g self raising flour
  • 320g Greek yoghurt

How to make

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together until they form a sticky dough.
  2. Divide the mixture into 5 equal sized dough balls.
  3. On a well-floured surface, flatten each dough ball to a thickness of about 5mm.
  4. In a non-stick frying pan, dry cook each flatbread pancake-style for about a minute on each side until it bubbles and browns.
