Pure Nature's Walnut Tzatziki

Thanks to Pure Nature’s luxuriously thick and creamy yoghurt, creating a refreshingly herby, nutty dip worthy of the Greek gods (as well as your favourite crisps and crackers) is barely any effort at all!

What you'll need

  • 350g Pure Nature Greek style yogurt
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 1 cucumber
  • 100g walnuts
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • A handful of dill

How to make

  1. Wash the cucumber and grate it coarsely into your mixing bowl.
  2. Mince the garlic, then add it to the bowl, and stir in the yoghurt.
  3. Chop the dill and the nuts, then add it to the mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and give it a thorough stir.
  5. Pure Nature’s top tip: you can also turn this into a chilled soup by simply adding water and some olive oil!
