Viral Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

This loaded breakfast sandwich comes together in just five minutes and is jam packed full of colourful veggies! The ultra-thick, springy, and super soft slices of Warburtons Baker’s Bloomer make this recipe hard to resist. Serve yours with a fresh brew or delicious cup of coffee.

How to make

  1. In a bowl, break in the eggs and whisk until combined with a pinch of salt.
  2. Heat a pan on low/medium heat and grease it with either oil or butter.
  3. Pour in the eggs and leave them to set in the pan.
  4. Once half cooked, place your bread slices into the eggs and press down so they stick.
  5. Flip the eggy bread so the other side has a chance to cook through.
  6. Once the eggs have cooked through, fold the edges so they fit into the bread slices. Keep frying until the bread is golden and toasted.
  7. Add in the tomato, avocado and lettuce, making sure to season them with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
  8. Fold it over and cut in half, then enjoy!
