Cereal Milk Ice Lollies

Who said cereal is just for breakfast? Treat yourself to a homemade dessert or cool down on a warm day with these cereal milk ice lollies. Crunchy flakes drizzled in honey and chopped peanuts give a luxuriously smooth and creamy double cream and milk base all-important extra flavour.

How to make

  1. In a small saucepan, pour in the milk and double cream and set it on a low heat.
  2. Heat it for a maximum of three minutes. Don’t let it boil!
  3. Pour the milk mixture over the cornflakes and let it soak for at least four hours.
  4. Pass the cornflakes and milk mixture through a sieve and pour into ice lolly moulds.
  5. Freeze overnight.
  6. Once frozen, dip into melted white chocolate and a few crushed crunchy nut flakes.
