Classic Guacamole Dip With Ripe and Ready Avocados

For perfectly smushed avocados, make sure you pick up our ripe and ready varieties, and don’t hold back on the coriander and chilli for extra zesty flavour. What you'll need

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • A handful coriander
  • 1 lime
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 green chilli

How to make

  1. Use a large knife to chop the tomato to a pulp, then finely chop the coriander, red onion, and green chilli (after deseeding).
  2. Halve the avocados and scoop out the flesh.
  3. Juice the lime.
  4. Gather all the ingredients together in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Use a whisk to roughly mash the ingredients all together, stopping to taste test and season with more salt and pepper if desired.
