Savoury French Toast

How to make

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, herbs and seasonings until well combined.
  2. Place a frying pan on medium heat with one tablespoon of butter.
  3. Once the pan has heated up, soak each bit of bread in the eggy mixtures for a few seconds on each side and place straight into the hot pan to fry.
  4. Fry on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve with rocked and roasted tomatoes or fried eggs!
