What you'll need

  • 70ml coconut milk
  • A handful blueberries
  • 70ml yoghurt
  • 3 plums, de-stoned
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1tsp honey or maple syrup
  • A few tablespoons your favourite granola

How to make

  1. In a blender, mix together the fruit, honey/ syrup, yoghurt and coconut milk together for a few seconds.
  2. Simply serve up the mixture into a bowl, and add a handful of your favourite cereal or granola for added crunch. A simple topping of strawberries will also go down a treat!
