Blueberry, Coconut and Honey Milkshake

Give your morning shake an edge of decadence by whizzing up some frozen organic blueberries with rich double cream and a hint of honey for an extra smooth drink that goes down a treat with a luscious garnish of whipped cream and fresh mint leaves. This easy recipe makes a colourful and pretty milkshake that’s sure to brighten your day. You can also adapt it and make it even more moreish by adding a scoop of your favourite ice cream, or make a more breakfast-friendly swap of kefir instead of cream.

What you'll need

  • 2/3 glass milk or milk alternative
  • 2 handfuls frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 2 tbsps Tom Parker Double Cream
  • Whipped cream, few fresh blueberries and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

How to make

  1. Simply blend together the ice cream, milk, blueberries, honey and cream in a blender, or with a handheld mixer until fully combined.
  2. For decoration, garnish with a spray of whipped cream, blueberries and mint leaves.
