Greek Yoghurt Bark Recipe

An easy-to-make snack that’s both healthy and delicious, this Greek yoghurt bark is a hit with the whole family. Fusing creamy, organic Greek-style yoghurt with the rich flavours of milk or dark chocolate, juicy grapes and tart pomegranate, it’s a treat you’ll want to keep on repeat. The best bit? It only takes around 10 minutes to make, and you can make enough to last up to a week in your freezer!

How to make

  1. Spread the yoghurt onto a lined flat tray.
  2. Drizzle the honey evenly over the top of the yoghurt.
  3. Evenly place all the grapes onto the yoghurt.
  4. Drizzle some nut butter over the grapes.
  5. Cover the whole top with the melted chocolate. Remember, it doesn’t need to be perfect!
  6. Sprinkle with some sea salt flakes and pomegranate.
  7. Freeze for a minimum of 3 hours, cut into desired chunks and enjoy!
