Coconut Milk Pudding Recipe

How to make

  1. Pour 250ml of whole milk into a sauce pan along with the sugar.
  2. Heat on a very low temperature until the sugar has melted.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cornflour and the other 250ml of milk until the cornflour has dissolved.
  4. Add the cornflour mixture to the hot milk and whisk on medium heat until the mixture has thickened.
  5. Once thick, glossy and smooth, place the mixture into a greased or lined tray and place into the fridge for 1-2 hours or until firm.
  6. Cut into squares and coat in desiccated coconut.
