French Toast Recipe

French toast is a classic breakfast that always goes down a treat. But when you use good quality, fresh ingredients, it tastes even better! How to make

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until well incorporated.
  2. On medium heat, melt 1 tbsp of butter in a frying pan.
  3. Once the butter has melted, soak each triangle of bread in the eggy mixture for a few seconds on each side and place into the frying pan.
  4. Fry on each side for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden.
  5. Top with maple or golden syrup and butter.
