How to make

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180° and grease a muffin pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk up the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese into the egg mixture and mix well.
  4. Evenly disperse the eggs into your greased pan.
  5. Add toppings into each egg bite, making sure it’s evenly distributed.
  6. Place in the oven for 12 minutes or until the egg is cooked and the egg bite has puffed up and risen.
