Grilled Banana Sandwich

This grilled banana, strawberry jam and peanut butter sandwich is a fun and delicious twist on a classic favourite! Perfect for kids (and adults alike), it’s quick and easy to prepare, packed with flavour and makes for a tasty on-the-go breakfast.

How to make

  1. Heat a griddle or skillet pan over medium heat.
  2. Spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread. Spread strawberry jam on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread, and natural peanut butter on the other unbuttered side.
  3. Add the sliced banana on top of the strawberry jam side. Place the peanut butter sides on top so that jam and peanut butter are in the middle and butter is on the outside.
  4. Cook in the pre-heated pan until golden brown and heated through. This should take around 4 minutes on each side!
