This moreish shake makes the most of the zesty flavours and creamy indulgence of an American-style lemon cheesecake. With ice cream, it makes a truly decadent dessert, or you can instead opt to use milk for a lighter treat. What you'll need

  • 1 biscuit, crumbled
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsps lemon curd
  • Two thirds a glass milk

How to make

  1. With a handheld mixer, blitz together the milk, one scoop of ice cream and lemon curd.
  2. Transfer the ingredients to a glass, scoop in a second helping of ice cream to create an ice cream float, and garnish with an extra drizzle of lemon curd and the crumbled biscuits.
