Hasselback Potatoes

The humble potato does it again, this delicious hasselback potato recipe is an impressive tabletop side dish that is surprisingly easy to make. It's also a very versatile recipe that can be adapted to suit whatever cuisine you'd like and is sure to go down well with everyone. Why not also try sprinkling them with cheese and bacon pieces, for a decadently cheesy twist that'll be a hit with everyone.

What you'll need

  • Rapeseed oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dried mixed herbs
  • 3-4 organic potatoes

How to make

  1. Thinly slice each potato width ways, making sure to not cut all the way through so the potato stays intact.
  2. Drizzle each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with the dried herbs, salt and pepper.
  3. Place on a tray and cook in the oven at 200C for 45 mins to 1 hour depending on the size of the potato.
