Layered Fruit Yoghurt Muesli Pot

Mix up you morning with one of the quickest breakfasts on the go. Easy to prepare, all you need to do is layer up some classic breakfast ingredients, and the rest takes care of itself. When the morning comes, just grab it and go for the sweetest morning treat.

What you'll need

  • 200g natural yoghurt
  • 100g muesli
  • 2tbsp marmalade (60g)
  • 2 oranges, segmented
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and diced

How to make

  1. Mix the yoghurt and marmalade together in a bowl.
  2. Add the juice from the segmented oranges.
  3. Spoon half the yoghurt into the base of 2 small jars or glasses, top with half the muesli and then half the fruit, repeat the layers to finish with fruit.
  4. Chill until required.
