Kombucha Pasta

How to make

  1. In a frying pan on medium heat, sauté the onion with a pinch of salt until translucent.
  2. Add in the garlic and fry for another minute.
  3. Splash in the kombucha and let it simmer for one minute.
  4. Add in the chopped tomatoes and break the chunks down with your cooking utensils.
  5. Simmer for 4 minutes or until the sauce has reduced slightly.
  6. Pour in the double cream and the pasta along with some pasta water.
  7. Simmer until the sauce has thickened to your liking and grate over some Parmesan into the sauce as well as adding in the basil.
  8. Grate over some Parmesan before serving and enjoy.
