Iced Coffee Mocktail With Double Cream

What better way to enjoy your coffee on a hot day than in a refreshingly icy, creamy mocktail made with your favourite milk and the most flavoursome, eco-friendly coffee pods? Make it even dreamier with a dash of Tom Parker’s luxurious double cream, now refillable!

What you'll need

  • A glassful crushed ice
  • 60ml cold-brewed coffee
  • 1tbsp double cream
  • 30ml oat m*lk
  • A sprinkle ground coffee to garnish
  • 1tbsp Thursday Cottage Acacia Honey
  • A pinch salt
  • 1tsp vanilla extract

How to make

  1. Start by brewing 60ml of ice cold coffee.
  2. Half-fill your glass with crushed ice and put the rest into the shaker.
  3. Add the oat drink, coffee, honey, vanilla extract and salt to the shaker and shake until the ingredients are fully combined.
  4. Pour the contents of the shaker over the ice in the glass and finish with a simple garnish of ground coffee.
