Introducing Our Doorstep Hero – It's Time to Fill Your Basket to the Brim!

We’ve listened to your needs, and we're thrilled to introduce a delivery saviour that will help keep all your doorstep delights that bit safer until breakfast time.

With room for a full breakfast, household essentials and plenty of tasty treats, our new doorstep hero is everything you need to put all your eggs (and more) in one basket, with far fewer worries about the weather and local wildlife ruining your morning.

Our swanky black box is by far one of the most exciting new additions to our zero waste range. Made from sturdy recycled (and recyclable) polypropylene, it will last a lifetime while keeping your deliveries that bit safer from the elements, day after day. Just like our milk minder, it's all yours to keep, but with room for so much more than just a few pints of the good stuff.

How it works:

  • Your Milkman will deliver your order to your doorstep just like before, instead in your brand new box.
  • Take the box in, but make sure to put it back outside on your doorstep the night before your next delivery.*
  • When your next delivery day comes around, your milkman will simply refill the box, and the cycle continues!

To keep your deliveries as safe as can be, you’ll also want to make sure that your Milkman knows exactly where to drop off your goods. Whether it’s a sheltered porch, a secure corner out-of-sight, or a table off the ground from the foxes, your Milkman’s more than happy to go the extra mile to help make sure your deliveries arrive safe in time for breakfast. Simply update your ‘Delivery Preferences’ in your account.

*Please leave your refillable glass empties next to the box instead of inside it so they don’t accidentally get smashed when your Milkman tops it up with your next order. It’s easily done in the dark and we don’t want to wake you up! On windy days, we also recommend you weigh down your box with something heavy to make sure it doesn't blow away.
